The magazine article “TV Cameras on Trial” from Time Magazine, 24 July is about the problem of television and cameras in the courtrooms. The text deals with the quesion : Should the trials be televised or not. But the problem is that the witnesses are afraid of it. Some of the judges don’t like the idea and forbid the cameras in their cases. Some of them think that the cases aren’t intended for entertainment there. One example is the O.J Simpson’s case which was a big show and a good entertainment. But nobody can forbid them to take up the case and make a big show of it, because of the American constitution.
